So last night the FIRST PLACE Orioles had 17,645 show up at Camden Yards. While 12,712 showed up at the Cell. Why isn't Kruck ripping on Baltimore fans?

Perhaps there are fewer Wizard fans then Oriole fans in Baltimore....
Unlike Chicago where the Bulls are a big deal espescially since its been 7 years since the Jordan era, and a playoff appearance.

Game time temps about the same in both cities 49 in Chicago 52 in Baltimore.
Only 4,933 more people showed up in Baltimore.

I haven't heard any criticism of Oriole fans.....

What a KRUCK!

I was one of the 15K + today so let us look at the other day games

The only game they drew well was Boston at Detroit but right now the Red Sox would draw 25K in Moosejaw at 3 AM. The Mets crowd is low for a nice day in May.

I'm no math major, but I dont think that 15 K is 32.7 % of the park. I don't think that that is the updated number of seats at Comiskey (whatever info that is from). Not that 37 or 38% is a huge change. Just kind of skews the info.

Yeah, you're right.

Using the capacity closer to 38,000, the % filled was 40.5%. That's a noticable difference.

Sox remain the only professional sports team where the local and national media are obsessed with their attendance.
