TV is saying he is pitching , radio says he isn't

Radio Moscow was more truthful than YES TV and Radio

I've actually heard her on the radio and let me tell you, I've heard many worse analysts. DJ and Ron Santo immediately come to mind. She's actually not all that bad. That article she wrote last year was hilarously illogical, but it's made up for by her fair analysis and the fact that she offers a change of pace in the booth.

Believe me she knows a lot more baseball than John Sterling

Sterling wanted Steiner gone, so Charlie is in LA where they fired a popular announcer ( Ross Porter ) and now Vin wants to quit.

But c'mon, you gotta love the call:

"That ball is high! It is deep! It is GONE!"

Sounds a lot like Hawk yelling "STRETCH!" on flyballs that arent even going to the warning track.

Phil Rizzuto was infamous for yelling, "There's a long fly ball, deep to right, way back there, and it's...caught in shallow right field."

Rizzuto opened a school for broadcasters and had only one student

Rizzuto also has a mascot named after him

Scooter the Holy Cow

Doesnt even compare to Jerry Coleman:

"He slides into second with a stand up double."
"They throw (Dave) Winfield (http://www.baseball-almanac.com/players/player.php?p=winfida01) out at second and he's safe."

"(Willie) McCovey (http://www.baseball-almanac.com/players/player.php?p=mccovwi01) swings and misses, and it's fouled back."

"There's a deep fly ball... Winfield goes back, back... his head hits the wall ... it's rolling towards second base."

"It's a basehit on the error by Roberts."
"Tito Fuentes is safe at second with a triple."
"Turner pulls into second with a sun-blown double."

"And it's a long drive down the line to centerfield."

Miss Vaughn: "Rizzuto"

Billy: "R... I... ... Z? Z?"

*scratching noises on the chalkboard*

Miss Vaughn: "Rirruto?"

Billy: "Those are Zs"

Miss Vaughn: "They look like Rs to me."

Billy:"That's not fair! Rizzuto isn't a word he's a baseball player!"

Miss Vaughn: "Would you like to try the word buzz?"

*laughing*

Billy (running out):"I hate school and I hate all of you!"
