Proof of the Cubune's Conflict of Interest?

I am not able to post it here, but the Chicago Tribune came out with an editorial in the Sunday paper that assaulted Mayor Daley for his handling of the Tribune subsidiary Cubs' desire to renovate Wrigley Field. Murph read this editorial on the air today, and ripped the Tribune/Cubs to shreads.

The use of the editorial page to blast Daley over a subsidiary's interests is, in my opinion, a conflict of interests.

It sure does sound like a fine line that can very easily be crossed. And when you are walking a tight-rope like that it, I'm sure you're bound to fall off sometime....
