As a recovering-sun flower seed-addict myself, I know the effects of withdrawal could have a big effect on their ability to play. I am craving some seeds and the smell of my mitt as I type this...

I missed the bucket of sunflower seeds more than anything else when I quit baseball. :cool:

i love seeds, especially the flavored ones like bbq or ranch. But it seems weird to sit around the house and snack on them. I feel like slob spitting into a bowl. And i guess decorum prohibits me spitting on the floor:D:

Never been too appealed about sunflower seeds, but give me some pumpkin seeds and oh my.
I wonder what the Japanese players feel about them. I heard that in either China or Japan that spitting on the ground is illegal
