It just struck me as funny, as Cleveland signed Travis Hafner to a big contract, that he's strictly a DH. Here's a guy really at the beginning of his career and he's already a full time DH. I'm sure all the brilliant people at ESPN or any of the experts probably love and praise Hafner. Yet Big Frank has been chastised for "winding up" a DH late in his career. That it may even hurt his HOF chances because of his lack of defensive play. This is an obvious double standard that Sox fans are used to. It will be interesting to me, as Hafner and Hafner types come along, how they are judged by the "experts".
