3-run jack off Jason Christiansen.

The "Meister of the 3-run Homer" strikes again!

It's good to see him having fun with his new team.

Yeah, I just saw that...and from the right side too!! That a way Jose. They said he wasn't even listed as a switch hitter in the media guide this year.

And now a triple off the wall in right! (from the left side of the plate)

Another RBI for Jose! :bandance:

Valentin needs a double in the ninth to hit for the cycle.

Its funny how he's doing so well tonight, and not one post yet about anyone wishing he was still a South Sider. Did that .216 avg last year have something to do with that maybe?? Have a good year in LA, Jose. Glad you wont be around to drive me bananas this year.

I was at that game watching the LaLaLand Flubs pound the Bay Area Flubs.

The truly amusing thing is, KW was a moron for keeping Manos around because of his "intangibles", leadership and attitude. But, DePodesta, because he is St. Peter to Beane as Jesus, is a genius for acquiring him. It must be wonderful to be a FOBB. You can "logically" spin anything. :D:

I won't speak for everyone, but I thought keeping Jose was one of KW's better moves, and I also think he was a good aquisition for L.A.

Ahhhhh, consistency.

It's good to see Jose do well but I am glad he is not here. I choose to remember him as the 2000 Jose.

I'm thrilled he's not here too. He had an error yesterday in the 7th inning I believe which cost his team the game winning run! Let us all remember ALL aspects of Jose before any of us start wishing him back on the southside

I just came across this while searching for the Bo Jackson article (which I still haven't found yet)

It appears our old buddy Jose cost the Dodgers the season opener on Tuesday with an error then came back yesterday and had three hits including a 3 run HR and an RBI triple.

Only Jose. Good luck to him out there.

Yep, that's classic Jose. Kill you with the glove and then he wins you back with the bat....maybe not in that order.

Good to see Jose have a good year so far. I really liked him as a person. I don't know if I would want him starting on my team though...
