Tightness in his chest...New York pressure getting to him? I hope he is ok as I don't wish anything bad on him or anyone else....Feel Better Terry-

I can't blame him.For all the blown saves Keith Foulke had with the
"Right" Sox,I used to have an upset stomach for hours.
Seriously,hope he's alright.Manging can take years off a man's life.
Watching mediocre baseball can take decades off a fan's life.:o:

After managing the Red Sox to their first WS title in 86 years, you'd think he'd feel no pressure this year, NYY [& NYC] regardless... if that is the root-cause to his cardiac situtation.

BOSTON (AP) Boston manager Terry Francona underwent further tests Thursday, a day after he complained of chest tightness, while his Red Sox players spent their off day in Toronto.
Francona was taken Wednesday from New York to Boston, where his case is being supervised by team physician Dr. Thomas Gill, a staff surgeon at Massachusetts General Hospital.

They said on ESPN he has had problems like this before. Lets hope he gets better.

Boston Red Sox
The plan is to perform several series of tests on Terry. The results of the initial series are very good. His heart function looks strong, and there is no indication whatsoever of a heart attack. We plan to perform further tests tomorrow, and, if the results are consistent with what we have seen so far, we hope to be able to release Terry from the hospital soon.

I hope he gets better. He's been through a lot of medical problems in the past.
