Jeremy Reed: He may be a bit too highly-touted now but it doesn't change that he's got an immediate ability to challenge the .300 mark in the majors with 10-15 home runs and around 20 steals. He's also the type of player whose power is going to improve significantly as he gets older.

Reed's going to be very good for a long time.

I'm happy for him, but I do wish he was still here.

I understand why the Sox made the deal ( pitching is hard to come across, as the laundry list of "can't miss" pitchers who DID miss will confirm ), but it's too bad KW couldn't sucker-sell them on Joe Borchard instead.
