Tom Verducci spent 5 days with the Jays at their ST camp. Its a pretty interesting acrticle.

Hmm... I kind of like the new Jays uniform. I mean, the oldschool ones are my favorite, but I like how it just says "JAYS" across the front.

IMO, they went from having good uniforms to the ugliest color scheme. I mean, take a look at those hats! For God's sake, just put on a black hat.

I've written many angery essays on this subject. The Jays had among the best uniforms in all of baseball from 1988-1995. Then they started dickering around with the jay bird logo, making it more and more cartoonish until the present weird thing was unveiled alongside a stupid ginormous swooping "J". The Black Jays with their Devil Ray jerseys now have among the worst uniforms in all of baseball. The black-grey colour scheme with blue as an afterthought is pathetic. Idiotic! Ridiculous! Gaaa! :angry:
