The White Sox still see Neal Cotts moving back into a starting role someday, though they hope it doesn't happen this year.
Cotts is content to stay in the pen for now. ''I would love to be a starter, but I enjoy the bullpen,'' he said. ''If being a starter is where they want me eventually, that would be fine.'' As long as he has a decent spring, Cotts should have a spot on the White Sox.

I think he has starters stuff. If one of the five go down, I think he should get a look to fill in. I realize he has struggled in the past, but he has never been give more than a start or two.

i guess im the only one who ahsnt been impressed by him.... once he gets some control, maybe we can talk about him being reliable

No he wasnt impressive at all last year, but he does have pretty good stuff. He came up as a starter and i dont think is really suited for the pen, but there is no room in the rotation for him and he has not proved he can handle a starting job at the major league level in spot starts
