SportslineAs much as we appreciate the pictures, you might want to just post the link next time. They're pretty big.

I'd rather see them in the thread. Tadahito, :welcome:

Doesn't he look like he's ready to give Ozzie rabbit ears or do something else naughty in that photo?

No problem, guys. I dropped this text into an online Japanese-to-English translator and it came back "Ordonez is faking it."

VERY GOOD!

I dropped the English into a English to Japanese translator and got the below. I don't read Japanese so I have no idea what the translator website actually produced in Japanese.

HAHAH! So glad we got this guy! I really think, especially for the money involved, that this was the best offseason addition KW made.

He can hit for average, some power, he gets on base, he can even steal. Great news. And if Podsednik struggles, I think Iguchi would be a great leadoff man too.

I might even prefer to see him instead of Podsednik. The BA and OBP might be worth more than the steals. Anyway, I think we've got a great situation at leadoff man, and that has been something we've really needed in the last year or two.

I think he was certainly a good pick up but not the best, he has proven nothing in the MLB its a whole different world of baseball here.

Got to love this from Ozzie:

Iguchi got the grand tour of the Sox' training complex, and countryman Shingo Takatsu served as his guide.

But it was Guillen who made the 30-year-old infielder feel most comfortable. As usual, Guillen used humor to break any ice.

"Do you speak English?'' Guillen inquired of Iguchi. "I don't either.''
