When asked about listing the Twins as a "minor upgrade", he completely avoided the issue by saying that the Twins signed Johan Santana to a 4 year deal around $40 million.

I don't understand how they upgraded themselves by resigning the players they've had. Then again, what do I know? They are the experts after all.:rolleyes:
