I want to see at least two over 100 RBI and at least two more over 90 (they did that in 2003). Three or four more over 60, and unless the pitching collapses, they're golden.

Meh, I really could care less about any individual number but as far as this thread goes how can you say aaron only hits 15 homers???

Your predictions look pretty good to me. Although if Frank comes back and hits 20 I don't think Everett will have the chance to get 15. I see him as hitting around 20 for a whole year, so I doubt he will get to 15 unless Frank is out for most of the season.

The total you listed amounts to around 180 for the team, I think that is a good estimate for our HR total this year. Much less than last year, but that's fine as long as the table-setters get on base and we score more runs. Hopefully Konerko can give us another 40 HR year and Dye will reach 30. I want to see Konerko get over 120 RBI's, which as Ol' No. 2 noted is the most important stat.

I'll take a stab. I started doing some preliminary fantasy projections a few days ago, and here's what I've got:

Podsednik- 12
Iguchi- 10
Everett- 15
Thomas- 25
Konerko- 33
Dye- 25
Rowand- 25
Pierzynski- 11
Uribe- 22
Crede- 20
Total- 198

They hit 221 last year, so that seems pretty accurate... Anyway, HRs are all fine and good, but meaningless unless they have runners on base when they're hitting them.

Podsednik : 9
Iguchi: 11
Everett: 21
Konerko: 38
Dye: 33
Rowand: 27
Pierzynski: 16
Uribe: 12
Crede: 28

Thomas: 28

Do I hear 25? Frank Home Runs for 25...25, 25, 25...do I hear 30....30 Home Runs for Frank.

Now that they are going to be testing for steroids im pretty sure all the HR numbers will be down.

Podsednik : 11
Iguchi: 10
Everett: 4
Konerko: 7
Dye: 3
Rowand: 6
Pierzynski: 1
Uribe: 0
Crede: 5
Thomas: 3

I project Pod-zilla to be leading the White Sox with 11 HR's. Majority of them of course being inside the park.

ok ya that was bad but anyway, Ol' #2 said its all about the RBI's and hes exactly right. I'm likin the way this team is shaping out to look like, lets hope were just not looking good on paper and actually FINALLY beat the twins.

I think Rowand should have a good chance at 25+ home runs. I also think that Joe Crede will breakout and have a 30 home run year.

Shoot, if he stays heathy, hit hits 25...and can get 20 SB. He is just a breakout star. His attitude is awesome, he works harder than most. He's a gritty team-captain prototype.

I'll take into account that we play in the best hitter's ballpark in the league so.....
Podsednik 5
Iguchi 17
Konerko 40
Rowand 32
Dye 28
AJ 21
Everett 15
Frank 22
Crede 26
Uribe 25

I know that's an insane amount of homers, but our ballpark is just so cheap for hitting home runs.

:reinsy

Maybe thats really optimistic, but I really don't see that much power loss from last season. We actually have power now at the catcher position, hopefully Frank stays healthy for 4-5 months of the season, we have a true second baseman with some power, I think we should easily be in the top 3 in the AL.

I dont think that is optimistic at all...I actually think they might hit more than this, even though that is definitely not the direction that will be followed...The main idea of this offense is speed and consistency, but there will be NO power outage, especially with 81 games being played at the Cell...

I really dont care for individual stats, just win win win

I want to see at least two over 100 RBI and at least two more over 90 (they did that in 2003). Three or four more over 60, and unless the pitching collapses, they're golden.

I'll go out on a limb here and predict this for RBI totals:

Over 100: Konerko, Dye

90-99:

80-89: Pierzynski, Rowand, Thomas

70-79: Crede, Uribe, Everett

60-69:

50-59: Iguchi

40-49: Podsednik, Gload

30-39: Davis, Timo

20-29: Harris (assuming he's on the team)

10-19: Valdez (assuming he's on the team)

Less than 10:
