I don't know if Pohlad--he of the 3 billion dollar fortune--can afford a rotation like that.

I want Santana next year... I'd make every effort to get him here, and I honestly wouldn't care what it would cost... He's going to be a good one for a long time! Plus the fact that I'm sick of facing him... Here's hoping he smart enough to know that he'll command much more on the FA market next year than the twins can pay him!

I read they offered Johan Santana some unbelievablely crappy offer. 3 year 20 million or something around those lines. Johan deserves more than any free agent pitcher got this year. (maybe he'll just wait for a 100 million dollar deal with the mets.)
