Right, it hasn't been released yet. Check on the morning of the 14th. Maybe they'll put it on the board (yes) before tickets go on sale.

There was a brief promotions schedule on the sheet we had in line at the ticket office today. The one thing that jumped out at me was a Turn Back the Clock Day for the Saturday Dodgers game. It's almost a lock for the '59 uniforms. I saw Beatles Night, Rat Pack Night, Halfway to St Patrick's Day on Sept 9?, Dog Day, and Magnetic Schedules for Opening Day. I didnt get my sheet back after I got the tickets and its all I could think of right now.

This has it listed as April 16th, all the way at the bottom left under Miscellaneous.

We recieved a sort of spreadsheet to put the number of tickets and location for each game to make it easier for the people in the ticket booth. In the one column it had very few promotions, many which I never seen before, straight from the White Sox. That's why I posted it here.

I just noticed that on the printable schedule on Whitesox.com, Tuesdays are now "Pepsi Two-For-One Ticket Tuesdays". Probably a good move, I think - for many people, it'll work out about the same, but it might inspire more people to drag friends to the ball park.

Other things of note: Dollar Dog Thurdays are back, and Mondays are now called "Value Mondays" (I suppose because "half price" might be confusing, with all the different price levels they now have).

They are going to bring out the 59 jersey's. It would be a nice touch if the had the much talked about Fox & Aparico statue unveiled that night.

I'd like it if they used the '59 jerseys as their Sunday home game uniforms like they did with the 1919 jerseys a few years ago.

While it is unfortunate for those who would rather sit downstairs and can't otherwise afford it, this will enable them to keep the fights upstairs and to pile the security upstairs. I went to a lot of Tuesday games last year - and the amount of fights in the bleachers was RIDICULOUS.

I know it is so unfortunate that a few jerkoffs can ruin it for the rest of the population - but at the same time, the riffraff (Sox fans, Cubs fans and just general jerkoffs) who came to Comiskey, got drunker, and started fights in the bleachers was just intolerable last year.

I forgot (I don't know how) about that. That's probably why they made it like that.

Unfortunately, the statues are much talked about my only me. I emailed Brooks about them, but he hasn't responded yet.
