I have this number on 3 of my jerseys and Homefish and I discussed who we think will wear the number 26 for the Sox in 2005.

I think El Duque will get "his" number.

Since 26 is my number as well, I am also interested in how this plays out. If it is AJ or el Duque, I will definately be getting that jersey.

If the case were brought before me in arbitration, I would rule in favor of Hernandez. He has by far the most history with it.

I believe that Jeff Bajenaru owns that and will need it upon his recall in September

I wonder who will wear my # 13?

Thankfully it is back with the rightful owner. It sure pained me to see Gravel-face Osuna with it.

I'm wondering what number Dye will take on the Sox. I'm thinking about getting one of my jerseys renumbered for Dye.

Last year it was Vic Darensoubourg (sp) and he was with the sox for like 3 days.:(:

Well AJ was #36 when he was with the Giants, so he may just take that.

I think that all of the new people on the Sox will be changing numbers. Pods was 20, that's Garland, Dye was 24, that's Crede. The already mentioned 26. Hermanson was 32 I think, and that one may be available, I can't remember if anyone has that or not.

Maybe Dye will buy 24 from Crede, and he will go back to 21 like he was his rookie year.

I need someone good to take the vacancy at "29" so I can claim my handle is named for him. I don't think anyone significant has had it since Foulke.

I said El Duque. He's the oldest player. Gload has the rights to the number but I'm sure he'll be handsomely rewarded if he gives it up.

I was wondering if any Sox player has ever wore my number (84)? I know it's real high for baseball, but maybe someone has? Help me WSI Nation!

Both Darensbourg and Bajenaru wore it last year.

Yeah...I'd like to know what Pods is wearing before SoxFest cause I'd like to buy a jersey with his number, but it's probably too early.
