According to Ken Rosenthal, who has been the most accurate reporter in terms of what he's hearing and what's been happening is reporting that there is a preliminary deal that would send Randy to the Yanks, Vazquez to LA and Shawn Green to Arizona.

This one actually sounds logical because the Diamondbacks arent asking for an entire team this time around and hence it will probably get done. Green might be a 30-40 Home Run hitter at the BOB.

I can't believe that brainless sack of you know what commissioner Bud Selig would allow the Yankees to buy yet another hall of famer like RJ on top of the staff the Yankees have already. Enough is enough.

Unless, of course, he lets it go through so Milwaukee gets a bigger revenue sharing check. Any conflict of intrest here? Nah...

Wasn't the team sold?
Yes, it was sold to Los Angeles investor Mark L. Attanasio. Attanasio is a chief investment officer in the investment firm Trust Company of the West, which provides asset management services to foundations, including the Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation in Milwaukee.

Since Attanasio has extensive business dealings in Milwaukee, do you really think it is completely unlikely that Selig or his dealership will not profit in some manner or form?
