In this "Winter Meeting Winners & Losers" (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2004/writers/tom_verducci/12/14/winners.losers/index.html) column, Verducci is listing aces near the bottom (see "Lost Generation of Pitchers"). Buehrle is listed with some impressive company.

Also, in this Trade Analysis (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2004/baseball/mlb/11/29/trades.hotstove/index.html) article, thought it was interesting that they mention that Podsednik could be moved again before Opening Day. Seems more likely that they'd move ARow to left to me.

"Chicago saves a few million bucks in this deal, which might allow them to hunt bigger game later this winter."

Let's hope this is true.

I read Podsednik's arm isn't all that great but he has great range, so center might be best for him.

My question is- How is Dye's arm? If it isn't spectacular, maybe Dye should be moved to left and Roward to right. Just a thought...

Dye has a really good arm, so I think he's staying in right.

From what I understand Dye is pretty solid in RF, range is not great but his glove and arm make up for it.

I'd leave Aaron right where he's at and quit messing with him.
