Hey All of you ESPN Insiders........There is a rumor posting that the Sox are jumping into the running for Clement....Does that mean the Red Sox (since they might have just lost Pedro) or us....

Someone who is an insider...please tell me which team they are talking about.

To the Mods:

Please don't combine this thread with another Clement thread.

Thanks

they are referring to the ESPN Red Sox. But who cares. When the White Sox are in on something they never show up on the radar.

When it comes to ESPN, if it doesn't involve the Yankees, Mets, Cubs, or Red Sox, then it just isn't happening.

National media hates us. We are an afterthought. Sox to everyone but Chicagoans means Red Sox. Also, notice how little is mentioned about the trade for Lee or the Dye move (Olney took a survey and apparently its considered a questionable move by scouts). Heck, Olney doesn't even do his trade/move analysis on either move.

Where's the love ESPN?

ESPN always does that. If you see "Sox", they are talking about the Red Sox. If they are talking about the White Sox, they'll refer to them as either "ChiSox," or just "White Sox." You'd think it would make sense for them to use "BoSox" for the Red Sox, but they're biased morons.
