670 the Score had a brief mention of our signing and Geaorge Hoffman said that they are expecting more news in the next couple of days, the way he made it sound waas like it may be a bigger deal than that Dust signing, the anticipation is killing me!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe JR is having a bowel movement. For someone who could be a tightwad at times, that's news.

According to Fred Huebner on the SCORE, so take it for what it's worth. He did not give any indication who the player was that they were going to be signing.

It might be Dye with all the stories going on in the other threads. WMVP is reporting it now.

Renteria? God, what a Christmas present that would be. Please, Kenny, be flying under the radar on this one.

I hear George Hoffman often reports on Esteban Loiza, Jose Valentine and John Garland.

How weird would it be if George Hoffman reported on Dustin Hermanson. Would he become the new rain man? :?:

I think his name is Offman- and he's a Cubbie-loving troll. I'll never forget the day he had the orgasm on the air when the Cubs got Nomar. "This guarantees a World Series berth."

I hope this WASNT the "big" news. Dye is washed up. But look at the
$$$$$$ we saved.

Like I said, JR has his moments where he irritates me. Just not as much as some others.

Huh? A 31 year old coming off a decent season in a pitcher's ballpark is "washed up"?

You're gonna have to explain that one Hangar.... :?:
