Mmm, PHG...He wouldn't play around wih the lineups like Jerry the BooB Manuel did and wouldn't have stood for KW ruining the chemistry of the club by getting Royce and expecting Jose to play CF. I wonder how thng would have gone if George was the manager...

But if he doesn't want to become manager, how about Felipe Alou. I think he could do a good job for the ballclub.

I said it in my article,Baines, will this happen? No.

I would like to see the Sox offer it to Ron Kittle.
That accomplishes 2 things,it brings in a guy that is capable of doing a good job and has experience coaching, and it puts a fan favorite back in a Sox uniform.

It's conventional wisdom to criticize the work of Bevington. But dig deeper, my friend. Who else could have coaxed 9 wins and an ERA under 6 (a mere 5.79) out of Navarro one year.

And while he may have lost his red shoes, he stole a nice big black bulb nose off of Bozo the Clown at his last birthday party, so I see little problem downgrade.

Ok I see that now. Well Baines could be fine as first base coach but who would you want to be the baserunning coach? Because god knows this team needs one.

Well, there are many places where you can find davers articles. There's
http://www.soxnet.net/
which has someone named Daver, but who knows if its him.
The others? Uh, I don't know. :)
