...the Yankees may very well be dead. Tim Hudson has shut out the Yanks through 8 strong innings. True, the A's have squandered some opportunities with MISP, but they're still winning with just 3 more outs to go.

I'm too knackered to stay up for the 9th, but if the A's hold on, the Yanks are done. Finished. No freaking way they come back and win 3 in a row, not with the way the A's have looked.

They got an insurance run off Rivera. I hope Izzy doesn't blow up.
