There are your 2004 ROY's. Crosby should have won. My guy Khalil Greene got screwed. He should have won over Bay.

Bay NL Rookie of the year. (http://mlb.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/mlb/news/mlb_news.jsp?ymd=20041108&content_id=911361&vkey=news_mlb&fext=.jsp)

Crosby AL Rookie of the year. (http://mlb.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/mlb/news/mlb_news.jsp?ymd=20041108&content_id=911383&vkey=news_mlb&fext=.jsp)

The only time I ever saw Bay play was vs. the sCrUBS, but it seemed like Khalil Greene was on ESPN's Web Gems 2-4 times a week. Hard to disagree...

Wow cares if somebody is always on ESPN highlights. In baseball it's the routine plays that really matter. There are far more routine plays than highlight plays. Green was good, no question. But I think Bay deserved the ROY. Considering he came up in May and still had the season he had, that's awesome.
