It's nice to be an optimist (i'm a pessimist myself),
but didn't the Twinkies come here in late July and bury
the Sox?? Ddin't they "clinch" on the Sox home turf yet again??
How is this schedule an advantage?? We'll see what KW does this
offsesason.I'm not holding my breath.

The Sox had 15 home games and 10 road games to close out '03 and look how that ended up. And the Sox were just biding their time with their 15 home games and 17 road games before mathematical elimination in '04.

The schedule doesn't matter. We play tough teams first...we get too far behind.

Minnesota plays allegedly "easy" teams first, and they open up against the tougher teams second half.
