Ok so yesterday I started a thread about how Red Sox fans were being idiotic for throwing homeruns, and foul balls onto the field. Now I have to say that the Yankee fans are more ridiculous for they're actions. Here it is in the top of the 9th and the fans are throwing numerous items on the field because things aren't going they're way. This is a terrible display of how fans of both these teams are morons. Now there are police officers with riot gear along the lines. Wow. I don't mean to offend any individuals fans that may happen to read this, but these fans at the game do not represent either team nor their fans well. I hope the Cardinals or Astros fans show one of these teams how to cheer on a team in a classy way. Amazing site along the foul lines as I write this.

As White Sox fans, I'm not sure we have much ground to stand on in regards to the actions of some of our fans over the past seasons and I know it's the minority that ruins it for everyone, but we've had our recent share of embarassment.

I'm attacking Yankee fans on this one because they ride around on a high horse about how classy their organization and fans are. Then A-Rod tries to take advantage with a cheap shot on Arroyo that was ridiculously blatant, and the the fans throw things on the field and force the umpires to call on security to put riot police on the field.

I don't think any team's fans would have reacted very pleasantly to what happened at the park today. Granted, the umps did get the calls right, but considering the situation, I don't think there are any fans in baseball that would just shrug two overturns like that off. Not defending Yankee fans, just not chastising them.

HAHAHA...as unsportsman like as it was to throw things onto the field...starting a chant of "Who's your daddy?" among 55,000 is outstanding. Makes me giggle.

My girlfriend is there right now - she already called me saying that they're kicking out people by the truckload tonight - every half inning, a ton of "fans" are getting escorted out of the park for fighting...

If you're talking about the idiots that ran onto the field, they were not Sox fans...
