The Phillies picked up Billy Wagner's option for $9 million and Felix Rodriguez's for $3.15 million. I would've liked to sign Rodriguez because he can light up a radar gun, and when's the last time a team had two players on their team named "Felix?"

The A's declined Jermaine Dye's option for $12 million.
