We are in need of a legitimate lead-off hitter in a big way.

Can't argue with that. "Fences" Durham needs to go or find another spot toward the bottom of the lineup.

Good question. For 5 straight years, we used all of our high draft choices on pitchers - and we have a bunch of highly regarded pitchers.

Of course, what we have little of is position players. How about trading some pitching for a lead off guy, a shortstop.

Yeah, it's too bad Boras is Johnny Damon's agent. As for pitching, sure we have a lot of guys, but how many of them are good?

The potential rotation of Boomer/Buehrle/Garland/Glover/Your Mom doesn't exactly make me wet my pants.

I do agree about moving Ray down in the batting order. Maybe we could kidnap Ichiro.
