Orioles Owner Would Allow Expos in Washington If Conditions Are Met

Baltimore Orioles owner Peter Angelos acknowledged publicly today that he is willing to strike a deal with Major League Baseball to allow the Montreal Expos to move to Washington if certain conditions are met.

Those conditions are probably:

money,money,money..... (what's good for me not what's good for the game.)

I think that the deal is if Angelos sold the team and received less than a set value, MLB would make up the deficit.
