Lets come up with a list. Here are some of mine

"And you can put that one on the board"

"Pitching in the 4th (or 5th) inning... JON GARLAND!"

"Next up Joe (insert last name here)."

"Emergency Appendectomy"

"1 out, runner on 1st and Paul Konerko is up to bat" (this is the only case where I don't want Paulie batting, otherwise he is amazing)

Hawk uses this one for White Sox pitchers and opposing pitchers. I dont understand how we'd always not want to hear this one

The White Sox have grounded into 108 double plays on the year, the fifth least in major league baseball. I'm not certain where to find how many we've thrown as a team, but I'd bet it would be up there considering Buerhle has induced 33 by himself.

I tend not to like it as it seems everytime it is Paulie doing it when the bases are loaded with 1 out.

Well I don't know about one out, but Paulie is 10 for 18 when the bases are loaded this year with 2 doubles and 1 granny among them. Also 2 bases loaded walks. I'm sure he's done what you said a few times this year, but give him credit for the times he did succeed with the bases loaded (which was more often than not).

I'll give him credit, he does more for that team that anyone, except maybe A-Row. It just seems that lately Paulie has been hitting into too many DPs, but he has also been cranking it out and I won't complain about that.

As for the line I'd hate to hear Hawk say:

"I hate snowmen"

Add to that "sneaky fast"

But my most un-favorite has to be:

"And that's 14 in a row retired by (insert below average pitcher's name here)"

I got real sick real fast hearing that every day for about 10 days.

"synch it up and hunker down"
