Please don't post in here about how JR/Selig/Hurricane Victims are getting rich off poor Sox fans or about how much you don't care about this game -- we have several threads for that already.

Rather, this is a thread for those foolish enough to post online regarding where they will be at a certain point in time.

I myself purchased two tickets (#135 and #136) to the Monday gamefor myself and a friend. We have a mutual friend who goes to IIT and has a free period from 12:30 to 3:15 -- we are considering inviting him, but he is a Cub fan, so we're having second thoughts. We'll most likely get tickets for Tuesday too, but we haven't yet.

If I still lived in the area I'd be goin' to these games. I mean the Marlins are the reigning champs. It'd be fun to see the guys who so disappointed the ___s. I'd try to invite Bartman.:D:

I wish I could go to the Monday & Tuesday games, but I got work. However, if Ivan cooperates (for lack of a better word) and forces Wednesday game(s), I'll be there.

I'm definitely going. I may be going by myself, but I'll be there.

Ditto, id be going if i were still home but i have to be at school. It owuld be nicw to show the marlins what real baseball fans in this city look like, ones that actually have there heads in the game so they dont interfere with plays in crucial parts of the game.

Just thought that I'd point out that MLB.com is very stupid:

After splitting their four-game weekend series with the Cubs, the Marlins are changing not only sides, but also hotels. They moved from their midtown hotel to one in suburban Schaumburg, closer to U.S. Cellular.

Well... I can't make it today because of a work meeting at 1p.m., but rest assured I will be wearing my Marlins hat/jersey tomorrow at the Cell. Haven't bought the ticket yet, but didn't think that was going to be an issue.

I'll be there Wednesday if there's a game.

If there are any night games, like the wed. and thur. game I would have to show up at at least one of them. But cant go to the day games because of work.

Is the game at 1 or 130 today (monday)? I keep seeing conflicting reports.

The notice I got in my box, and the mlb website itself, say 1:30, which is good for me, because I get out of work at 1.

I'm going on Tuesday. I'm trying to round people up, but I don't know if I'll be able to get anyone at such short notice. Are people sitting together in certain areas?

I wish that I was able to go... I am really starting to warm up to the Marlins... they seem to have a sense of humor! I don't know if anyone heard, but the Score just said that the Marlins left a pair of tickets for Steve Bartman at the urinal last weekend... :D:
