View Full Version : Looks like the Twins have a future 3B.

Terry Tiffee (what a lame last name!) went 2-2 with 2 RBI's in his major league debut tonight. He had the game winning double in the 8th inning. How do the Twins keep the door revolving? As soon as one guy is ready to leave (A.J, Koskie, Meintkewicz, or Guardado) they have someone to fill the spot. :(:

More young bitches with womenly names playing way out of their minds for the Twinkies. What a surprise.

That's the worst name I have ever heard.

by your standards of having a future 3b, tuffy rhodes should have been a perrennial all star for the cubs

Well, if it helps at all, Joe Mauer is their 3B of the future or at least it appears he will be, unless his injury isn't near as serious as most believe it is (to the point that it will prevent him from being a catcher).

Please, these are the Twins we are talking about. Look at Lew Ford for God's sake.

Tiffee's "double" was fairly questionable last night. Still, not bad for a guys first major league appearence.

I wouldn't mind the Sox giving a young, switch-hitting third base prospect a look-see right about now. If only we were that lucky.

Corey Koskie may have peaked during his incredible 2001 season. He's got some power and a fine glove...the injuries could scare a lot of teams, Twins included, off. How long will Crede be allowed to test our patience?

Ahh....WSI...where how you perform in one game defines your career.

What about Joey Jo-Jo Junior Shabadoo?

Seriously though, the Twins come up with the oddest named players--Tiffee, Kielty, Mohr (what about Moore?), Pierzynski, Mietnkiewicz, Koskie. I think they'll only draft you if you have an ethnic name.

Joe Borchard hit a two-run homer in his second major league at-bat.

And on pace to break Hank's and soon to be Barry's records.
