Feel free to contribute your own feelings (in verse) about the
suckfest that is the 2004 Chicago White Sox.:(:
Frustration mounting.
Throw ball away,lose again.
Blow up,start over.:(: :(: :(:

Wait until next year.

Odalis Perez
and Russ Ortiz are better
than Judy Garland.
Actually, that sounds more like William Shatner talk.

Borchard's in the game?
What a worthless piece of crap!
Send him to the Cubs.

Sox season is beer.
Starting cool, fresh and bubbly,
Only to end flat.

Eighty seven years
It has been way too long since
Nineteen seventeen
Kinda cheap, I know, but that 1917 number gnaws at me from time to time.
Here's another:
Time keeps on marching
Two Russian revolutions
Since Sox won Series

That punk Torri's hit
Put us out of contention.
Sox lack tough leaders.

Terrific!!! I love historical ones:
Cold War come and gone
Since the Sox last poured champagne
over a trophy

Heres a Haiku that Im actually turning in tomorrow for my creative writing class (We were just assigned this today).
The shrine called Wrigley
Symbol of hope for Cub fans
Comes crumbling down
And a monosyllabic poem I handed in yesterday:
"Current attitude of the White Sox"
Why
Try?
Apperently I cant count. Ill change it to "Slowly crunbles down"

Can't help myself . . .
For the paranoid:
Sox get Garcia
He becomes the staff rock! But
Will he pitch again?
For the KW fan/Yank basher:
Sox trade Loaiza
Can Yanks fix delivery?
No--ELo still blows
For the curious:
Where is King Xerxes?
Fans ask: How would Farmer sound
Talking in Haiku?

FYI to everyone: the 5-7-5 format is the Japp. "style", the american Haiko is
3-5-3, if you want to play around w/ that.
