My friend in Minnesota says there is a bad aura around the club right now.

Bout damn time. And if Felix Diaz would have given up 5 runs instead of 7 we would be talking about possibly moving 3 out. And we have 6 left with them. And they play 6 against the Yankees. :o:

As Lip pointed out, the Yanks might be saving arms for the playoffs. I just hope Torre gets the memo saying that doesn't work in reality. Sounds good in premise, but you need to keep everyone fresh.

Lot of ball left.

Don't share that with Cubs fans. They'll find a way to blame the entire mess on us, and the media will find out about it.

Those damn Twins never give up. With 2 outs, Hunter hits a solo homer. Still 4-3 Seattle though! :supernana:

TWINS LOSE 4-3!!! Tried to mount a solo homer attack and fell just short, awww too bad.

This is getting too close for comfort. Hunter just homered to make it 4-3 with 2 down in the 9th.

Edit: Koskie popped out! Game over! :bandance:

Sweeeet!!!!

So what are we now, only 20 gams back? *with the way some talk around here you would think that is the case!Yep, amazingly as crappy as we have played for the past 2 weeks, the season is not over. We still have 6 games against the Twinkies. I'm more worried about the next 6 games versus the Red Sox though. :o:

Yes!! Twins are finally coming back to Earth. Geeeez, it really was unfortunate to have the Twins get really hot when we were (hopefully, it's over!) playing our worst ball of the season... They're really not THAT good. This season is not over, however bleak it looked a week ago. :bandance: :bandance:

Did Olivo have anything to do with taking them down?

The Twins are starting to look like the White Sox, losing 5 out of 6. Let's see what they do with Radke and Santana. If they lose both, then they are in serious trouble. Even if they lose only one, they're not in great shape

Well, the M's are gonna have to be way ahead to win, since Guardado is done for the year.

Yeah. Those runs in the 8th and 9th really made it close last night. Radke and Santana are both gonna have to spot them a bunch of runs for the M's to take both games.

Go Miggy!
