If only there was some sort of "information superhighway" at your fingertips you could check such facts out on quickly and reliably.

Patent pending.

No perfect day today, though. The Padres lost. :(:But the Giants and Phillies did. We have to stick with the Trifecta formula and limit it to a Sox win, Twins and Cubs loss, otherwise our definition of a "Perfect Day" will become way too complicated and difficult to achieve. If the Trifecta occurs enough times between now and October 3 we will be in the playoffs and the Twins and Cubs will be able to watch us in the playoffs.

Trifecta is different from Perfect Day. We can have both.

The Trifecta is like a no hitter, the Perfect Day like a, well, perfect game.

The Trifecta is like a no hitter, the Perfect Day like a, well, perfect game.OK, so althought the Trifecta was achieved, we only had 7/9 of a Perfect Day, as the Cardinals, Giants, Phillies, White Sox all won and the Cubs, Twins, and Rangers all lost. Unforutnately, to our dismay, the Angels won and the Padres lost. So we were close, eh?

"Lose" please, not "loose." It is one of my least favorite errors. :dtroll:
