As hawk would say, "this young man is gonna be a star"
Of course he has said that about such greats as mike cameron, mike caruso and of course the great scott eyre...just to name a few.
But upton is gonna be a star...over/under on how long it will take him to get into yankee pinstripes?

Has anyone here watched him play? I have, against the AAA mets teams here in Norfolk (his hometown). He was 0-4 or 0-5 with two consecutive errors that cost his team at least 2 runs. Perhaps it was just nerves but from what I have heard about him, he is not a good deffensive player but is sopposed to be an awsome hitter.

From Major league:
"Still hits the ball pretty well, doesn't he?"
"Yeah. He just can't field it."
