I think baseball should, change their rules on suspensions!!!
i believe if your suspended, as soon as the amount of games is announced.
the players immediately cant play, no appeals, no reductions.
Kerry Wood still hasnt been started serving his time.
that happened april 17.
has hawkins and zambrano started serving yet?
what do you think?

baseball has to get tough.

Yes, I totally agree...the appeals are way out of hand. If you're suspended, you're suspended and you should serve your time and it should be done.

Appeals were something negotiated by the player's union, and they will never relinquish their right to it.

Collective Bargaining Agreement.

It is the basis for all actions involving the league and the players.

Wait, you mean they just can't all do whatever they want?

The problem with the appeals process is that it takes so long. Can't MLB set up a video conference and process the appeal immediately? And if it has to be done in person, can't an MLB representative be on a plane the next day? Waiting months to process an appeal is ridiculous.
