At the Sox games,I always see this jersey thats black with white pinstripes and the Chicago script logo across the front

why don't the sox wear this jersey????

Interestingly enough, the Sox are wearing the white sleeves tonight....not the sewn on black ones. Is there any rhyme or reason for this?
