What is the flag with the 3 red stars and two blue stripes (http://www.adsrve.com/linkredirect.php?h=71,28719244,whitesoxinteractive .com,0) with white background? What is its significance? If anyone could help me feel less stupid I'd appreciate it.

It is the City of Chicago flag.

The blue stripes represent the two branches of the Chicago River. The four red stars represent Fort Dearborn, the 1871 Chicago Fire, the 1893 Columbian Exposition, and the 1933 A Century of Progress World's Fair.
