What mental block gets into the Sox players' heads when we face this not-that-great team?

I think they may have some sort of Voodoo curse on us, or maybe we just blow.

Hopefully, the Pale Behemoth will turn things around and win the remaining two here at home and win the series in MN. However, the really disturbing thing about last night's game was that once again we came into a game that meant something (if at this juncture only in the sense of revenge and as a psychological lift for 2002) and we absolutely bit the big one. This has been true all year, with the exception of the two series against the Grubs--and you have to consider the competition in that situation: nothing to get too excited about beating those bums 4 out of 6.
