I bought one a few years ago from the Mitchell & Ness in downtown Philadelphia. Don't know if they keep them in stock but you can give them a call and see if they'll sell you one.

FWIW, the sales guy said at the store (which has strong nationwide sales) in the early 1990s, the White Sox retro jerseys were the most popular of any baseball team ---- regardless of the year, they stocked versions from 1906 on and they sold well. They even had a 1913 version, even though I don't that team ever accomplished much

In the early 90's after the new silver/ black logo color scheme came out they also were the top selling uniforms, BP jerseys etc. on the market through 1993.

Also those Sox jerseys in the late 60's / early 70's DID have a name on the back. I have TV footage from a game in 1970 and they did have names

If Im not mistaken, they only wore the names on the road jerseys.

Look on the 15th page of pictures in Rich Lindberg's book "Who's On 3rd?"

It shows Bill Melton at home in the late 60's with a home run swing. You can clearly see 'Melton' on the back. Also Ed Herrmann sent me a signed picture of some of his memorabilia. It has his jersey from the late 60's (home version) and clearly shows Herrmann 12 on the back.
