Maggs question

if the sox realize they wont be able to keep Maggs, and right now it dont look good---who would trade him for and be realistic
Me, I dont know----but the longer it goes the less chance we have of bringing him back---his agent reminds me alot of Robbie Alomar's who tried to bust the Sox--then got busted==or cause his client to---himself

Maybe we can get a pitcher for him--I dont like Ortiz but if hes the best available I say we go for it although the trade dont really help us

I love Maggs...but don't doubt for a second that I wouldn't make that trade with Atlanta. Ortiz is a horse and Jones is a decent offensive centerfielder with way above average defense. This allows a Rowand/Perez platoon in right. I don't doubt for a second that this makes us a better team.
