There is a poll on espn.com asking whether the White Sox will win the division now with Freddy Garcia, and 52% say no! Did this trade somehow make us weaker? Weren't we favorites before the trade? What's up with this?

People are stupid and know nothing of the al central, or there were a bunch of cub fans voting. Or they basically are playing the "they made big trades last year and didn't win crap" card. Huh, interesting, i really hope this year is different from last.

I don't really care what other people think of the White Sox. Most of them probably couldn't name a single player on the team aside from Frank or Maggs, so I don't think they're qualified to give an opinion about the Sox chances of winning the division.

That was Chris Berman voting like 1000 times causing it to be that high.

Every time we've been favored we've choked or haven't gotten it done. The Twins are a formidable team and are currently in first place.

And Moronotti helped, I'm sure!
