Hey...
First of all, I'll be at the Cell today to see the Sox spank the living daylights out of the Flubs. Secondly, I saw a piece on the CBS 2 News this morning that was pretty interesting. Jim Williams, a former media spokesperson for "hizzonerable, Da Mare", and a long time TV news veteran, did a piece about why the Cubs/Sox feud is so big here. He said...and you'll be able to see for yourself in the linked video, that there's a "sociological" element to why there's deep angst between Cubs and Sox fans.
Anyway...when you click on http://www.cbs2chicago.com (http://www.cbs2chicago.com/) look for the story, "Cubs vs. Sox Showdown Heats Up Age Old Rivalries." If this story isn't on the main page, then click on the "Top Videos" banner on top of whatever the stories are, and look for it in the listings that appear.
Enjoy the story, and answer this question for me...is he right?
