This is nice to see. He hasn't played in a couple games now and it's nice to see him back on the field. Seeing that he's healthy enough to play I really wonder if kw is going to call him up now, I sure hope so but I also see the reasons why kenny wouldn't want to do so.

Borchard back with a hit (http://milb.sportsnetwork.com/merge/tsnform.aspx?c=sportsnetwork&page=milb-intl/scores/final/boxscore.aspx?GAMEID=14934)

Jamie Burke DNP and was not in the dugout. LTP played DH and was 1-4 at the plate but didn't look good. Jeremy Reed looks awesome! 2-4 with a hard grounder up the middle and a bunt single and a stolen base, also reached on an error(***boxscore says 1-4, I don't know why***). Made an outstanding diving catch moving to his left in centerfield, robbed Marvin (BALCO) Benard of at least a double and 2 RBI. I'm pumped about Reed. Rauch coached firstbase all night. I got a foul ball and Andres Torres came out to sign it after the game. Game one goes to the SkyChiefs :(:

Mods, could you just merge this thread with homercoach's, they basically talk about the same thing so it makes sense.

Not the first time I've heard that. :o:

Back to the original point of the thread, it's good to see Borchard playing again. Hopefully he won't have many more games at AAA before he joins the big club. My guess would be that he joins the team on Tuesday assuming he feels fine in the games he plays before then.

After ball 3 he trotted down to first, the ump looked at him like he was crazy (they huddled and called him back to the plate)...struck out next pitch. :)

Don't need any of that here in Chicago.
