Well it has been raining for a while so that just makes it worse.
But I doubt he is surprised at the play of the Sox.

why do we have to be such patsies this year, facilitating wonderful stories for other teams?
David Cone comes back against us; Nomar Garciaparra hits a game-winning home run in his return against us...
We now lie down for the Yankees, and now New Yorkers can start to feel a tiny, tiny bit better...("at least our Yankees are still there for us")...
But why at OUR expense??? We make EVERYBODY feel better!!

The season is over and has been over for a while, yet Manuel still will not play Rowand and Crede. Its really just awful managing. I guess its something you might expect from a guy who thinks spring training is 3 months long.
:crede :rowand
Jerry hates us.

I think you mean Saberhagen, not Cone.

you're right--although Cone could come back against us, too, given the chance.
