We all know every time a white sox player hits a homerun, the "insert name here" family donates 100 dollars to whitesox charities(gee i sounded like hawk there)

Just curious since also i dont know the name, who are the people who donate for every homerun and when\how did that get started. Heh and i always wonder if some groups plan to do things like that because they wanna look good on paper but pick a bad Hr hitting team. Thats like someone donating a million dollars to some disease research every time matt stairs hits a triple.

Its the Snellius family, and if you look back a few pages, there is a whole thread on it. I believe they won the lotto, and Art was a huge sox fan, and they wanted to donate to charity. So they thought this was the best way.
