Hey, No worries. You can make 'em *Official* if you don't see one. Thanks for doing it. I fixed the title so it is officially more *Official* :D:

Just a reminder, the Chat Room (http://www.whitesoxinteractive.com/vbulletin/chat.php?setwidth=955&setheight=450) is open...

i don't really know what to say to that. i mean i appreciate it and all, but when your import doing the routine things it doesn't really feel like your protecting anything. just going through a lot of bull crap. as crazy as it sounds, i look forward to deployments in a way. I have not been in long but i am pretty anxious to help the cause.

BIG BUMMER about the series tho. one day i could go, the next day it change. it has changed about 50 times since they told me i would be able to go. last year i missed the playoff race in order to attend boot camp. i kept getting in trouble because i was asking the civilian workers what was going on,( boot was in great lakes, IL) but they were all pumped about the cubs. awfull.

Wow, I feel like a bum that I'm not there, as it looks like they've got a real nice crowd.

2-2 score, bot of the 4th.

Is that the only naval training facility still open in the country? If so, that's amazing.

a few years ago they combined the three RTC's. Orlando (all females went) and San Diego closed.

Herbert Perry told Hawk he was the pick to click before the game. 2 RBI's so far, he's doing his best. Sox need to put together some O.

i guess the show did not keep the runner on 2nd, giving him a good jump. i thought they were working on that. this is making our catchers look terrible.

Jose has to hang tough against Rogers in this at-bat.

Rogers always pitches well. That's why the Sox should have signed him last year when he was just hanging around with no job.

Soriano broke for third and one of the infielders shouted to Kelly, who picked him off.

Jose Valentin are you kidding me?

I'm beginning to wonder whether he can catch up to Sosa on that all time K list.

Maggs leaves the game, that can't be good.

From looking at Gameday, it would seem that Big Frank is about 2 feet shy of 4 homers tonight.

Is that the real deal?

He has just missed a couple of home runs. During his second at-bat, he hit a ball to the warning track even though his bat broke. It's good to see him swinging the bat well. Good things happen when the Big Hurt is on his game.

Politte is terrible. He is this season's version of Rick White. Whenever he comes into a game, disaster soon follows.

How have Sox hitters fared against Cordero?

RKMeibalane
05-25-2004, 11:11 PM
One out. I like Willie Harris, but he should not be used as a pinch-hitter in these situations. Sandy was swinging the bat well tonight, so Ozzie should have let him hit.

Politte walked two more men in a short period of time. he hasn't been able to find the plate all year.

The first week Don Cooper was on the post game show and he said he couldn't believe Toronto let Cliff go with an arm like he has.

I can believe it... he can't throw strikes.

Disappointing start to the home stand before a big crowd. Wish the Sox would play well when they do have a big crowd on hand.

At least the Twins lost (I guess cause White Sox. com has them a half game behind...)

The Sox must find a way to keep the inning alive long enough for Frank to get to the plate. With the way he's been going, I feel good about him being there to decide this game.

He probably popped out because he's upset we're trading him.

twinkies, tigers, and indians lost...

So it's almost like this sad game never happened.

Also, Cubs lose, Stros and Reds both win for an added benefit.

If we can get through this tough homestand in first or still tied then I would be happy.

Maggs goes out with an injury and left some runners on base tonight.

Bullpen wasn't great.

But we hardly ever go down quietly in the bottom of the ninth.

Not trying to be a pollyanna but I'm not too upset.

Yeah the real lowpoint was Jackson. What the hell happened to MJ? He was like our best guy after Shingo before today.
