Give Timo a shot! At this point in the season he should have at least twice as many at-bats as he does.

Gload's playing center? That's strange, anyone know if he's decent?

I tell you that guy must have a lot more speed than I give him credit for. To me it seems like Brian Daubach playing center, but I must be flat out wrong there. I'm pretty sure he has played center at least once in spring this year.

I just pray this works out. I reserve the right to call ozzie an idiot if it doesn't. Timo could use four at bats, he never plays. It seems like we've never had this many bench players before, there was always room for everyone to play decent time.

Oh and for the love of god, what's the forecast? We need to just win this one by 9 o clock and get over to Minnesota and get some sleep.

Ross Gload in center field???

I wonder if Crede will be out there next week?

Ozzie's an Idiot. Cleveland has a bigger CF than most stadiums. Especially considering it's between Carlos and Maggs. This is the "All-No Range OF".

Pray for a good outcome, folks...

To be quite honest I do think that Crede has earned a benching

I agree. I think he needs a day off. I think I'd prefer Timo in CF over Gload, but I guess we'll see.

I wouldn't be suprised if we saw Timo come in after a couple at bats for Gload.

I know Uribe has struggled the last two nights but I am GLAD to see both him and Willie at the top of the lineup. They both can spark things to happen up there.

Well, I'm not sure about Gload's CF playing ability but I think Ozzie is just trying to find a way to jump start this offense and get more lefty pop in the lineup. We shall see how this works out.

Lee doesn't come through as usual, leaves runners on 1st and 3rd. 0-0 after a half.

May I ask why you believe Time Perez deserves 100 at bats by this point in the season for any other reason than he has compromising photos of Ozzie Guillen?

Of course you may ask. As I look through this message board, I keep reading the same requests. Speed, contact, and a centerfielder who can field. Timo fits all of those categories. I wrote that he should have at least twice the amount of at-bats because he should at least be in a platoon. Against righties, Timo will hit at least .300 in a full season.

About the compromising photos of Ozzie Guillen, um...nevermind...

Gload scores. 9-3 White Sox. Are we actually going to win this series?

We've only lost 3 on the year (vs NYY, @ Tor, vs. Min), despite the fact that we have a terrible win percentage on the first game of the series.

There was a pop up to center with harris at 2B and Maggs slid into harris and took out his foot and Harris flipped and landed kinda on Maggs face. Then they both left, Maggs with an apparent knee injury. It seemed to be that they both had the wind knocked out of them. Hopefully, they'll be ready for the minni series.

Let's put it like this:

Willie did a 360 flip and almost broke his neck.

It looked like a car crash.

Willie looks to have messed up his ankle, and Mags was holding his knee.

They both walked off the field, so that's a good sign. It did bring back some scary memories of Raines/Ozzie '92.

It's either feast or famine with this team. They'll win by a dozen tonight but lose by one run tomorrow. Happens every time.

Another run scores...

13-3 Sox.

BTW, did anyone else notice what a crappy route Coco Crisp took on that last hit? :D:

Nice job by Kelly to finish off the 9th.

Sox win by a dozen, 15-3.

Sox win the series 2 games to 1.

All is good.

Let's get the Twins!
