There is a God. With Uribe in the lineup, we'll take game three.

It's about time Guillen.

I meant to put "Willie Harris in Centerfield" today in the title of this thread. Not sure how to edit that now.

I don't know about this move.....it's worth a try, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.....it could definately go either way. Plus we got no good bench hitters.

Good to hear, any word on the rest of the lineup?

I assume Uribe will get the start at second.

Rooney and Bruce Levine talking to DJ on AM 1000 right now about broadcasting.

I don't have so much a problem with Lee...he's been doing okay...but PLEASE...TAKE OUT KONERKO!!!!! He talks too much and produces too little against Minnesota.

I'll take Frank at first, and Ross Gload as the DH. Hey...give Gload a chance against the Twinkies...he might do good against them.

While I like the idea of Rowand playing the bench today, the biggest problems to me still seems to be Konerko and Crede. That's why I wouldn't mind seeing Timo and Gload in there (moving either Uribe or Valentin to 3rd).

That's solid - props to Ozzie for moving PK and Crede down in the lineup. If they aren't embarassed enough to hit down in the order, then Ozzie should just sit them and let them ride some pine.

I like the idea of getting Willie and Uribe as 1/2... but Uribe should be playing 3rd base, and have Timo at center today and platoon him with Aaron.

2b - Willie
3b - Uribe
rf - Maggs
dh - Hurt
lf - CLee
ss - Jose
1b - Paulie
cf - Timo
c - Sandy

you could also switch Jose and Carlos in the order so you get a hot hitting lefty to protect Frank

Timo should be in center. He is 3-4 with a double and an RBI against Silva.

Silva is a right hander...that means Konerko shouldn't be in the damn lineup.

Ozzie doesn't care about past performances about pitchers...He played Konerko on Friday when he was 1-29 against Kyle Lohse. That's right. 1-29.

If my memory serves me correctly, Konerko went 0-3 on Friday so he is at 1-32...

Neither did Manuel, and that was one reason he was a loser.

1-29? I'd play him. Sounds like he's due for a big extra base hit!

I want to see the lineup in the 15-0 game again, which was with Perez, Gload, and 3-Uribe S-Jose 2-Willie. Just to see if it was a fluke or if they really can click together on a regular basis.

But this is an okay start. Just get PK and Crede outta there.

:ozzie
**** you. That's ****'s a ****ing terrible piece of **** lineup.

Let's hope Willie doesn't make any errors or unneccessary Rowand Web Gems.

Willie, Lee and Valentin can't hit lefties at the moment.

Konerko and Crede can't hit righties at the moment. Well, Konerko for about a season and a half.

So with those guys in the lineup, we have automatic outs and weaknesses. Look in the Twins lineup and see how many of those guys they have.

Well Uribe's the only guy with a hit so far.

Surprise surprise?

Are you sure about that? I seem to remember him starting guys against pitchers because they were 2 for 2 against the pitcher in his career. Remember, Manual loved to tinker. What a moron.
