Ok, we all agree the offense is bad. Here is my lineup:

Harris 2B
Uribe SS
Thomas 1B
Ordonez RF
Replacement for Lee
Replacement for Konerko
Crede 3B
Reed CF
Olivio C

Lee and Konerko are the trade bait. We get pitching and a DH for them. I don't know what to do about LF and DH, but anything would be better.

Crede is a corpse. Uribe-Valentin-Harris, that's the way it should work.

Also I'd give Perez some more time before bringing in Reed.

When our offense exploaded it was with Perez and Gload both starting.

I really wonder what they could get for Konerko now, especially with the escalator clause in his contract. If he was at least hitting .280 or something like that, he could have some trade value, but he's hitting .229, which is around where he finished last year. They could get maybe "B"-level prospects, if they would pick up a substantial portion of his salary.
